VehicleVault is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our vehicle management platform.
We collect the following types of information: account details (name, email address), vehicle data (registration numbers, MOT/tax/insurance details), uploaded documents (insurance certificates, service records, etc.), and usage data (app interactions, device information).
We use your information to provide vehicle management and reminder services, send MOT, tax, and insurance reminders, process subscription payments, and improve our platform.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Vehicle data is retrieved from DVLA records for your convenience. We do not store sensitive payment details — all transactions are processed by Stripe.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with the DVLA for vehicle lookups, Stripe for payment processing, and our email service provider for sending reminders.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can also request a copy of your data. To exercise these rights, please contact support.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to keep it for legal reasons.
